We used ArchiTech to design our new three storey extension.
ArchiTech produced conceptual drawings, planning submission, then building regulation drawings and continued to supported us through the build with amendments as we changed our minds nothing was too much trouble.
Mike is very approachable, has a wealth of knowledge and a good eye for detail. Compared other costs in the build, the design costs were a fraction and certainly worth every penny.

Mike produced the most detailed and comprehensive drawings for knocking two rooms together to create a larger utility room and moving the downstairs toilet. He managed to come up with a great solution for adding a shower onto the utility room. Mike is professional and extremely helpful (looking for all possible solutions). He also submitted the drawings to Building Control, returning to explore a question from Building Control to see the project through.
Mike undertook a detailed drawing survey of my Grade II listed house. It was a complicated survey with many level changes and period details. Mike did an excellent job with thorough attention to detail and was a pleasure to work with
